Winter still reigns

Nordinspira. se trim 2

Winter still reigns. Purblind;
tunnel vision; cold feet sunk
deep in earth; heart down in
freezer; hands nonplussed,
and out of use; you believe
in nothing, lonely estranged
silently bleeding in a desert;
who is now your neighbour?
Changes stinks of what died
and must rot; returning light
dazzles; it’s scary! Yet, you
know spring will come, thus
nourishing light sheer veils
of greenery and beauty flowers
as well as your foolish dreams
of love and togetherness; once
to come true? Hope is the only
humans cannot survive to lose.
Hope carries whatever outcome.
